UK Shift/ 2 pm- 11am

Open to travel/work on some weekends and in shifts; open to travel and stay for work purposes; willing to deliver training sessions across all levels.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Primary responsibilities:

a. Customer related:

- Help improve and build the OD culture and vision in all processes within the Business and deploy strategic people development plans

- Serve as an effective business partner, supporting the development, implementation and delivery of Learning Solutions

- Develop, implement and facilitate training programs (Behavioral and Leadership) for target audience

- Design learning strategies to fill needs as identified through analysis and in partnership with Operations and the Process Leadership Team through training, coaching and OD projects

- Ensure regular and effective stakeholder interactions

- Drive leadership and talent development in Shared Services across organization through effective governance and resource management

b. Financials related :

- Prepare, implement, track and do gap analysis & CAPA of all training related metrics including budgets

- Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events to ensure that operations are managed effectively within authorized budgets

c. People related :

- Provide direction in finding creative solutions for the training and development of people, through a variety of different learning methods including coaching

- Mentor your team to ensure that they can provide excellent training and OD interventions

- Contribute and drive key organizational initiatives

- Help team members to set SMART Goals/KPIs, provide weekly performance feedback, mentor & coach team members for enhanced performance, support them with needed developmental inputs

d. Process related :

- Develop/ Deploy evaluation and validation instruments to collate and interpret data, assessing operation training needs and training program effectiveness

- Implement Performance management tools and techniques

- Identify skill and knowledge requirements for Processes through TNIs

- Actively pursue self-improvement opportunities through on the job processes

- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews in the process

Knowledge/Skills/Attitude/ Domain expertise (required to play this role) Knowledge:

- Deep knowledge of Adult Learning principles, techniques to engage participants in the virtual and F2F environment, coaching and project management

- Good understanding of business & its functionalities in general and service industry

- In-depth Knowledge of Leadership Development & Behavioral Concepts

- Deep Instructional design knowledge to design and develop content using Articulate and other content development tools

- Excellent analytical skill and knowledge of related tools will be preferred

- Knowledge of LMS, learning tools and virtual collaboration tools essential

Skills:

- Excellent facilitation, coaching (both in the virtual and F2F environment) and organizational development skills targeted towards employees across levels.

- Proven client relationship and consulting skills

- Good Interpersonal skills and expert in leading teams across locations

- Proven ability to analyze client needs and agree on client specifications for learning content/materials

- Ability to handle and deliver many and diverse projects and tasks including partnering with external entities (as required)

- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.

- Independently interact with leaders across functions to design and deliver solutions

Domain expertise, if any :

- 8+ years proven success as an internal/external trainer in behavioral/ managerial training and development practitioner with experience in coaching, mentoring and delivering talent development projects to fulfill business needs.

- Understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners. Need to have a proven track record of handling teams.

- Experience in benchmarking HRD best practices

- Deep understanding of the Healthcare BPM specially Provider Business will be preferred

Required Qualifications/ Experience/ Certifications Educational qualifications:

- MBA/ Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organization Development or equivalent. (From Tier 1 institutes)

- Excellent academic record

Experience (years):

Work experience of 9-15+ years; 5+ years' experience in leadership capacity; 10+ year experience in behavioral and leadership training

Certifications (Technical / Non-technical), if any :

Applicable Training and Development certifications preferred.

Special Requirements:

- Open to travel/work on some weekends and in shifts;

- Open to travel and stay for work purposes; willing to deliver training sessions at all levels.
