AGM - Operations (PCH) - Staffing

Responsible for overall management all aspects of the assigned client with multiple locations and/or functions. This includes overseeing and managing the vendor / supplier program and its population and its day-to-day operations (implementing and managing the requisition /submittal process and overseeing job placement, vendor selection and contract negotiations, day-do-day troubleshooting and problem resolution, managing the on-going relationships and communication, performing periodic benchmarking of the vendor population, etc.).

Essential Functions Include But Are Not Limited To

- Establishes and develops manager relationships within assigned clients and expands existing manager relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and, working in conjunction with the local branch staff, the profitability of each contractor/subcontractor placement;

- Implement and manage vendor / supplier program for assigned clients, further refining throughout the process, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction; ensure proper selection and solid negotiations in the vendor and supplier contracting process, to ensure the maximum profitability, as well as quality, of each placement;

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the various locations, which include, implementation and management of the requisition process for assigned client, prioritization of orders and requisitions, expedient issue resolution, further refining throughout the process with emphasis on responsiveness and customer services for assigned client; depending upon the engagement size, may manage administrative staff;

- Responsible for selection, hiring and training of staff personnel within the program. This includes performance evaluation, recruitment and retention. Accountable for setting and managing performance expectations of branch staff, as well as train, motivate and encourage professional growth;

- Fulfills client service through frequent interaction with client managers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential business development opportunities for contractors/subcontractors, projects or services. Is knowledgeable of and understands the contracted terms and conditions between Co's Consultants and the client, including pricing as well as client rules of engagement and processes;

- Communicates with field staff, keeps them informed, and shares information regarding contractors, subcontractors and client needs; regularly contacts any Co's consultants, working at assigned client(s), during assignments/projects to remain aware of project status, gathers feedback from clients about consultant progress/performance, and resolves or escalates any issues appropriately; when filling requisitions, works directly with Recruiting Managers and/or Placement Managers in structuring and delivering an effective service delivery model, meet with qualified candidates and schedule interviews, etc.

- Working in conjunction with local branch staff, ensures contract extensions by maintaining awareness of client project progress, including end dates and extensions, to maximize business opportunities;

- Assists appropriate individuals, including Corporate Operations and the A/R Department to ensure timely collection of receivables;

- Ensure a - customer service- rapport with the field organization and ensure open communications.

Plan, organize and conduct quarterly performance reviews of the vendors to monitor their performance to Co's Consultant service level agreements; including periodic benchmarking of vendor population for comparison and evaluation purposes.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Graduate with At least 10+ years- experience in managing a vendor on-site program, general management, or account management role in a general staffing company, including at three years supervisory experience.

2. Knowledge with MS Outlook, Word and Excel

3. Ability to work with and adhere to stringent deadlines

4. Project Management - assess workload and respond accordingly to maintain operating efficiencies and maintain financial constraints.

5. Leadership - guides individuals and groups towards desired outcomes. Setting high performance standards and delivering quality services.
