AGM - Operations Head - Retail Chain

A well Established MICRO Finance Company in Chennai is looking for an Operations Head to streamline and their Grocery Cum Departmental Stores across Tamil Nadu, to run by their Trust managed grocery and departmental stores, in supporting the Lower Income Group and Middle Income Group.

This initiative is for a non-profit making trust run by the established MICRO Finance company and also a CSR initiative.

The Corporate office is in Chennai and the candidate will be based out of Chennai

Candidates MUST have working knowledge of Tamil

Must be a Post Graduate/MBA

Around 13 to 15 years of experience in FMCG companies at a senior level, preferably from Big/Reputed Departmental Retail Stores/Companies.

The reporting would be to the Director.

Must have through knowledge of running a Departmental Operations and stocking, warehousing, distribution experience.

Will be managing a big team to run this Initiative.

Age around 40 years

Joining time 30 day's

Only Male Candidates would be preferred.

Around 50% traveling is expected

Salary commensurate with Qualification and experience.
