Qualification:- Graduation in fashion designing, preferably PG diploma or degree from a good fashion institute

Experience: -5-6 years of merchandise planning experience, in addition to 5-6 years of buying experience in the capacity of buyer /senior buyer in apparel segment

Location:- Gurgaon

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for merchandise financial, strategic and assortment planning, inventory optimization, and the mark down management.

Align the corporate plan of sales and GP with the merchandise plans

Reconcile top-down and bottoms-up, article-level plans to division-level plans and forecasts

Manage the monthly company level open-to-buy activities

Managing multiple stakeholders with ease

Adherence to the planning calendar

Analyze historic performance and planned strategies to identify areas of opportunity or risk

Develop, maintain and update tools, reports, etc. to support the needs of the business

Provide periodic reporting on business performance.

Ageing of seasonal stock should not be more than 120 days & basic stock not more than 180 days
