- Managing and motivating diverse teams for achieving performance excellence

- Innovation, R&D and deployment of relevant and best processes

- Developing Product Costing basis with support of Finance

- Drive marketing and Sales, enabling Sales Teams to pitch for B2B sales / channel sales as required

- Identifying best sources of suppliers for spares / relevant equipment's across globe and also to have a good idea of the cost of these

- Identifying and Undertaking Improvement Projects / preparing the investment proposals, developing the Return of Investment details etc.

- Astute in commercial aspect of business management

- Understanding and training his staff on the key commercial aspects which will enable cost control at all levels

- Broad understanding of the market & ability to bring innovation in the Products / develop new products as per market opportunities

- Broad understanding of P&L for his businesses
