AGM - Master Black Belt - Insurance Domain

Job Description :

- 10-15 years of extensive experience across different geographies and domains under Insurance - Life Insurance, Annuity, and Retirement with minimum of 6-7 years of Experience as a Certified Lean/ Six Sigma Black Belt in a BPO.

- At least 2 Years (At most 4) of Experience as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

- Experience in Conducting Lean Six Sigma Training at Both Green Belt, Black Belt Level for DMAIC/DMADV/Lean/Problem solving/Strategy.

- Experience in managing a team of 6+ Black Belts. External certifications & Awards in external LSS forums.

- Patent/Research work in field of QMS. Exposure or Certifications in ISO and COPC and CMMI and LSS.

- Experience in building LSS culture across domain/multiple accounts. Proven ability to project manage new initiatives and process changes.

- Ability to manage problems effectively and efficiently, particularly under pressure and ambiguity.

- Ability to lead consulting assignments for existing and new clients supporting design of efficient business operating model that achieves compliance at a lower cost.

- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate both internally and externally on a variety of levels across the delivery centers, the client and external third parties and staff.

- Proven ability to work within a challenging client environment. Advanced customer relations management skills. Able to adapt and design frameworks for audit management and reporting, quality management and compliance
