Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Premier Institute)

Responsibilities / Activities:

- Be a Brand Custodian - ensuring proper use of logo and brand.

- Strategize and implement marketing communications plans, specifically: creative briefs, media plans and sales promotion.

- Plan and implement marketing & advertising budget – Print, TV, Internet & Sales promotion activities incl. events, gifts and give aways.

- Coordinate with HQ Mktg. Dept. and the Divisional Mktg. teams at Germany.

- Interact and coordinate with the advertising agency to prepare various communication campaigns besides POP such as leaflets, posters, brochures and catalogues etc. apart from Online Promotions

- Strengthen brand presence and position, across markets in all the zones and regions of India.

- Provide necessary support to Zonal & Regional Heads / Products Heads through marketing and communication activities to promote brand and its awareness to assist them in achieving targeted volumes and market share.
