We are looking for a qualified Marketing professional to handle end to end marketing deliverables of our Retail Business.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee different aspects of end-to-end marketing plans for new store openings, new product launches, in-store festive campaigns and events.
- Act as a functional bridge between external vendors and internal stakeholders. Demonstrate clear understanding of cost, timelines, and executional efficiencies.
- Vendor empanelment to suit wide array of marketing campaigns, regional footprint, and new portfolio requirements.
- Develop agile workflow processes and methods to approve vendors, monitor work and region wise campaign execution. Demonstrate strong focus on consistency and quality.
- Identify marketing needs of stores PAN India. Ensure needs are met continually.
- Support and explore new business needs and expansion plans.
Digital Marketing :
- Optimise all stages of funnel, including ad-copy, creatives, landing pages, Lead-submission, calling of leads, conversions at each stage.
- Data management, Customer journey management. Responsible for both acquisition as well as retention of customers.
- Will be responsible for all 4 business verticals, including sales B2B, B2C, offline stores walk-in, orders in Amazon/ Swiggy platforms.
Requirements :
- To have experience in start-up, Experience in Retail, E-commerce & F&B
- MBA (Marketing) from reputed institute.
- Proven working experience of 10-14 years
- A well-rounded marketing manager with keen sense of target-segment, digital-marketing tools, and platforms, ready to explore more and grow in this role.
- Knowledge of B2B lead management software.
- Able to manage, guide and lead the team
- Effective communication skills
- Must possess good interpretational skills, attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable and strong work ethic.
