Job title:
Innovation & GTM Development & Deployment manager / AGM Marketing.
Purpose of the Role :
- Create outstanding clients and consumers experience, brand solutions to support business objectives; and build differentiation of Sodexo Corporate Services in India market. Active involvement in solution deployment at client sites.
Key responsibilities are to:
- Manage innovation development process right from consumer & client insights, validating solution, service development, brand and communication development to deployment at targeted sites
- Designing and deploying campaign for lead generation both online & offline
- Manage a strong service portfolio strategy and services playbook approach to leverage the price ladder; segments; onsite, offsite, and online solutions.
- Embrace the digital transformation of business to support workplace and food business.
- Manage Digital platform consumer experiences, solution deployment and marketing
- Lead end to end innovation projects through cross functional teams and drive high quality executions. On-Time, In-Full (OTIF)
- Drive tracking and assume accountability on delivery of revenue and GP targets across offers and solutions in market
- Engage with agencies and drive work streams to deliver high quality solutions and branding
- Develop excellent Brand solutions, client pitches, on site and online deployment and sales toolkits, OTIF
- Work closely with business, sales, finance, Food and FM Platform, communications, regional and global marketing, Bid managers, solution development
- Ensure compliance to governance processes and service life process for India CS.
- Develop choices for spends on budget.
Profile:
- MBA (marketing) degree from Tier 1 or 2 schools
- 5 years + experience which includes marketing communication development, brand activations and events, innovation development in consumer goods/services; and minimum 4 years experience in core marketing.
- Experience in brand solutions development is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Should have a proven track record of managing creative agencies, communication development and deployment, brand activations and events
- Should have a hands-on pro-active approach with strong leadership capability.
- Ability to interface with the client at all levels of seniority, stakeholder management
- Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to work in a collaborative way
- Should not only have a creative mind but should be able to articulate innovative concepts into real world offers & solutions.
- Should have a good commercial sense and be able to understand and be motivated to create impact via marketing on business
