Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job To creatively lease the mall space to a mix of brands that best suite the TG expected at the mall.

Leasing:-

- Making lease presentations & conducting site & catchment area visits.

- Primary interface for all enquiries relating to Lease of space, systematically logging all the enquiries & following up on the same.

- Approaching key brands & making a sales pitch to them

- Responsible for all correspondence related to lease of space (with brands & property consultants), making & filling the MOU's & active participation in making lease agreements.

- Coordinating the fit out of shops, in conjunction with the mall projects team & the client, to ensure timely completion of fit outs.

- Collection of market intelligence & preparation of relevant reports.

Mall partners relations:-

- Understanding the business of all mall partners and working with them to increase the overall footfall at the mall & influence conversion and in some cases even the bill size.

- Issuing guidelines to the mall partners that need to be followed in all areas of marketing & informing them about all new developments in this area.

- Creating a system which attends to all mall partner complaints & coordinating with various internal depts. to ensure that the same have been satisfactorily dealt with.

- Regular collection of feedback & implementation of suggestions made by the mall partners whenever possible.

- Organizing regular mall partners meetings as per the pre laid out calendar & for all correspondence with mall partners.

- Collection & tabulation of data in case of brands having revenue sharing arrangement with the mall
