Edu : MBA / BVSC

Exp : Candidate should have exp in poultry live birds sales min 6+ yrs at Pan india.

CTC : Can go upto Rs. 20 LPA

1) Department Operation

a) Responsible for strategy, design, execution and operation of business.

b) Responsible to solve clients query about credit terms, product, price and availability.

c) Support to sales team by creating, evaluating and optimizing data sets and sales applications.

d) Manage sales operation process to enable sales team productivity.

e) Increase sales productivity by simplify process and implementing automation in sales.

f) Monitor daily operation to maximize efficiency, productivity and profit for organization.

g) Negotiate with all vendors.

h) Analyze and improve organization process and operation to improve quality and productivity.

2) Market Analysis

a) Visit to clients to evaluate needs or promote product and services.

b) Maintain record of client.

c) Responsible for planning of sales as per requirement of customer.

d) Understand customer perception and behavior.

e) Check sales and demand on wholesale and retail counter in various markets.

f) Collect and maintain detail information of buyer's needs.

g) To know relative strengths and weakness of competitors.

h) Change channel strategy and product sales according to market trends.

i) Responsible for planning of available sales products.

j) Maintain healthy relation with existing customer.

k) Support to customer and take product quality feedback from customer.

l) Implement effective solution to increase sales.

m) Provide information to customer about product quality.

3. Planning & Execution

a) Use effective method that involves sales forecasting, demand management and setting profit based sales target.

b) Responsible for planning of sales according to sales target figures and several resources in strategic documents.

c) Check service and supply chain in market.

4) Reports and MIS

a) Prepare MIS of monthly and yearly sales of branch.

b) Maintain record of monthly and yearly sales of sales team members.

c) Maintain record of monthly & yearly share percentage on branch and division wise.

d) Maintain details of regulars and irregular trades.

e) Record details of bulk and individual trades.

f) Maintain division wise sales details.

g) Maintain sales team member visit reports.
