AGM - Liability Insurance

Job Responsibilities :-

1. Analyze, coordinate and facilitate Insurance in General & Liability in particular - Projects, Airports and Corporate on insurance coverage and claim settlement. Negotiate comprehensive cover at optimum premium with Insurance companies.

2. Liability Insurance policies - Airports, Projects, & Corporate with specific stress on CGL, D & O Policies (operational), Cyber Policy ( WIP) and claims in specific and All insurance matters in general ( as work demands)

3. The person should be able to take up the job single handedly and get the best possible insurance as well as claim as the need arises. CONFIDENT, CONVERSANT with ability to CONVINCE.

4. Placement of Insurance Policies: In the sector

1) SPOC

2) Brokers

3) Insurance Companies

4) At least 60 days before renewal Comprehensive cover to be arrived, Including coverage, clauses, and optimum premium. Complete all discussions before 7 working days including note approval.

5. Securitize the policy document and ensure it reaches within 15 days of renewal to the SPOC

6. Speedy claim settlements through interaction with all parities i,e.

7. Prepare MIS and update policies in system / Drive / SAP within 15 days of renewal.

8. Manages external stake holders like our Insurance Brokers and gets the work done through them

9. Manages replies to internal and external Audits.

10. Graduate / post Graduate with Certification in Insurance (III, CII, CPCU), Legal background would be an added advantage

11. Minimum 10-12 years of work experience in general insurance sector having domain knowledge specific to Liability in particular & understanding of property, engineering and causality lines of business in general
