Position Summary
This position will support the VP Legal & Secretarial in handling the legal and secretarial work and also in coordinating group level issues as required.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Discharge all statutory functions in relation to the secretarial role like maintenance of statutory records, filing ROC returns, etc.
- To ensure timely updation of the compliance tool through necessary co-ordination and follow-up with functional owners, and publish quarterly MIS on status across India, Israel and US.
- Drafting and reviewing various kind of agreements.
- To handle and co-ordinate on legal matters and litigation in relation to India operations.
- To contribute on various projects being handled by the legal and secretarial team.
Required Profile :
- A Company Secretary (CS) and a Law Graduate (LLB) with about 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Should have prior experience in handling complete secretarial function of a private limited company.
- Prior experience in drafting and negotiation of agreements is needed.
- Prior experience in dealing with courts and external lawyers is a must.
- Should be innovative and flexible.
- Good drafting skills are essential to this role.
- Should have ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines
