Job Accountability and Responsibilities:  - Heading the Legal functions of entire Group.  - Coordinate internally and represent the company on all legal issues pending before court, tribunals or external authorities.  - Preparation, analysis, coordination and finalisation of various contracts and agreements.  - Conduction, reporting and following up/ reviewing statutory compliance audits.  - Managing the secretarial functions of all Group companies.  - Develop a team of competent and motivated persons through appropriate guidance and training.  - Coordinates and verifies various returns to be filed with statutory authorities.   Required Qualifications and Skills:  - FCS/ACS and LLB  - Minimum 5 yrs of experience  - Working/worked with a listed company is must  - Good communication skills both oral and written  - Excellent drafting skills  - Able to be part of a team and lead the team as well  - Computer literate (MS Office package)  - Good knowledge of the new companies act, 2013
