AGM- Legal (12-17 Years)

We are a Hong Kong headquartered Executive Search firm with offices in India. We have been retained by one of our reputed clients that is looking to hire executives for their team. Below is the brief JD.

Summary:

- The candidate must have 12 - 17 years of total experience in handling legal matters (litigation and documentation) either in a law firm or a listed company.

- Knowledge of civil, criminal and consumer litigation, experience in arbitration, attending Court hearings, briefing lawyers, drafting of legal documents, etc.

Qualification ( Mandatory) : A Graduate with LLB

Major Deliverables

- Drafting all kinds of contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.

- Review all contracts and other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.

- Review the progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers including overseas matters.

- Provision of legal advisory services and legal opinions in response to the queries of internal clients on various fields of law especially, corporate, commercial and real estate laws ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
