- Drive Talent Management including Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Designing and implementing HR initiatives which can deliver value to business and help the organization be future ready
- HR Strategy: Design the entire organization's capability building plan and process
- Conceptualize Employee Engagement initiatives to attract & retain talent; Recommend Policy needs for employee and organization's benefit
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
- Timely closure of Individual Goal Setting, Quarterly Reviews and Annual Appraisals; close Senior Team Members Goals along with Business
- Responsible for annual appraisal, review and closure and online closure of PMS Process
- Conceptualize & implement Employee Engagement plan as part of HR Strategy
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
- Determine training needs, gaps & conduct behavioral training programs to enhance operational efficiency of the team
- Designing & implement annual Training Calendar; Content creation and development
- Complete IDP's as per schedule; evaluate their effectiveness through feedback, manager review and highlight gaps to leverage discussions
- Lay a formal process for rolling out Mentoring programme
- Consolidate list of HIPOs; design & execute Aspirational Talent
- Management conversation with HIPOs
- Align Individual & organisational needs; create a learning journey & chart out a process for HIPOs - Leadership
- Development Programmes (LDP) & Managerial Development Programmes (MDP)
- Design & Plan interventions (AC/DC) for HIPOs
- Lead the Digital HR strategy of implementing, supporting and managing the process transitions and HR Automation and
- Digitization Initiatives
- Selecting fit-for-purpose HR technology solutions that align with the HR/Talent strategy
- Set goals, review, and manage performance, provide feedback on performance to ensure a motivated and committed team
- Deal with Internal / External Stakeholders, HR Consulting Firms, Training Vendors, HR Fraternity etc.
- MBA, 10 - 15 years' experience, 35-38 years' of age, Rs. 20-22 lakhs per annum
