Job Responsibilities:
- Developing Learning & Development strategies in line with business immediate as well as long term requirements.
- Work in close coordination with leadership team to ascertain learning goals of the organization.
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers.
- Planning, directing, and delivering learning and development programmes including staff inductions, to accomplish the organisation's goals.
- Developing individual development programmes that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment.
- Designing and implementing appropriate learning strategies.
- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organisation as a whole.
- Support with competence framework & competence assessments.
- Submit related Management reports, dashboards, and MIS.
