We are looking for a LLB with Masters experienced in Construction and Infrastructure sector only. Its an AGM level position and will be based in Goa. The key responsibilities of the job will be - Administration and management of Concession Agreement signed between the Company and the Government, with appropriate compliance and responses. - Drafting and validation of all RFP's, RFQ's, commercial agreements / contracts. - Enforcing / implementation besides compliance assurance of all commercial contracts. - Managing litigation aspects of contracts and agreements (if any), in ensuring business interests of the Company. - Mitigating company's risks with appropriate contract management. The incumbent would be interacting with : Externally with : Government Agencies &amp; Offices, External Legal Consultants, Business Associates &amp; Service providers Internally with : CEO, All Head of Departments, Group Legal Team, Business Development Team Dimensions: Financial Dimensions - Protecting business values in line with the Strategic and Annual Operating Plans. Other Dimensions - Ability to influence external non-reporting relationships to enhance reputational capital. Skills &amp; Knowledge Educational Qualification - Graduate in Law from an institute of repute (preferably from a National Law School/University). - Additional qualification of MBA from a reputed business school is desirable. Relevant and Total Years of Experience - Minimum 12 years - In depth working knowledge of commercial laws besides regulatory matters.
