- Should have right blend of experience in security domain that would include hands on, solution designing and project handling.

- He should have expertise on sub-domains of Network Security /End point security/ Information Security/SIEM/ Qradar/ Risk Assessment and mitigating measures

- Should also have IT security operations experience at TL or PM level. Should have design/architecture level knowledge of security products.

- Should be able to understand customer requirement and suggest technical solution accordingly

Certifications: CISSP/CISM/Technical certifications
