Job profile: -

The Position will be responsible for:

- Develop and implement sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Dealing with Key Accounts and High Net Worth Accounts; managing long term contracts, RFQs, negotiations.

- Driving techno commercial meetings at customer site for new Product developments.

- Directed & streamlined sales functions & business development of Flexible packaging.

- Mentored and motivated team members to achieve challenging business goals.

Desired Candidate: -

MBA (Marketing) with 15+ years of experience in International Sales in Flexible packaging Industry. Should have experience of handling Middle East & GCC countries.
