International Debt (renewables) - AGM

A seasoned business expert with:

- Clear 5 years of experience in international debt in renewable spaces

- Full understanding of deal cycle, project timelines and cross border debt, taxation implications

- Hands on relationship with international banks, finance channels

- Should have handled renewable projects from bidding to final financing

- Should have worked with dynamic financing tools like green bonds, invit, or any other apart from Mezzanine

- Must have a good pedigee in PG program

Role : International Debt and Equity

Job Responsibility :

- Dealing with Equity raise, Due diligences, and deal cycle of renewable industry.

- Closing international / cross border deals with international bankers / lenders / finance channels

- Handling & exposure in large infrastructure Project financing channels and processes

- Should have closed atleast one high value deal in infrastructure, renewable and solar space

- Should be from Gurgaon/ or ready to be in Gurgaon location

- Sincere, hardworking and thorough team playing attributes will be valued

- Very passionate and involved resources only should consider this option, as it is a high energy, highly demanding profile but certainly rewarding and learning centered.

- Mandatorily must be from premium A plus MBA or CA background

- Experience in investment banking.
