Works with Core Team Member from Business to gather the business requirements and the expected outcome 3. Works with and alongside Sales team to identify and support ways of Automation required achieving business goals 4. Responsible for facilitating resolution of issues and roadblocks 5. Coordinating with Development team (Internal as well as Vendor team) and getting tasks completed on time 6. Regular Engagements with Leadership for updates on initiatives Education : - Minimum BE/B Tech from reputed college Years of Experience " - BE from reputed college + 12 years or MBA from Top Tier college + 7 years (total experience) Specialized Knowledge " - Experience in end to end DMS, SFA and POS implementation - Experience in IT service management - Experience in vendor management &amp; 4-5 years of IT business partnering experience - Experience in integration across various systems and putting robust controls to prevent leakage - Good business process understanding in FMCG/Apparel industry - Experience in AI and ML (Preferred)
