- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and service levels of the team.

- Able to bring new efficiencies in working capital and other ITC areas

- Should know tax structures for M&A

- Supervise team members in completing their respective duties (including hiring, induction, training and discipline).

- Monitor team performance and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved in the area of operations

- Carry out periodic performance reviews of team members and address nonperformance issues

Experience: Qualifications:

- 12 years experience in Finance and accounts with a minimum of 10 years in Indirect Taxation including team management with a large organization

- Strong understanding of leading practices and SAP experience in taxation processes

- Experience in Shared Services/ BPO would be an added advantage
