Experience - Min 7 Years - 14 Years.&nbsp; Please find below the Job Description - Address people issues with relation to performance and work with line managers to improve productivity. - Create informal platforms for discussion on operational issues with middle level managers and address these challenges with senior leaders every fortnight - Training needs Identification from Appraisal - Diagnostic sessions with Managers and employees - Partnering with training consultants for designing and implementation of the modules - Monitor people performance and advise senior leaders on fitment and succession planning - Analyse the manpower trend and ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within timelines, create a talent bench for critical roles - Study the current performance of business and future targets, use a consulting approach to devise business goals based on market potential and lag indicators - Responsible for maintaining smooth employee relation and timely redressal of employee grievances. - Adherence to all applicable laws, managing relationship with legal consultant and respective authorities. - Partnering with business for arriving at budgeted manpower. - Ensuring adherence to the budget, time to time reviewing the same and advising the business accordingly - Creating and analysing regular and adhocs reports to take better and informed decision.
