Job title: Assistant General Manager HR ( Any manufacturing firm)
Reporting to - CMD
Job Profile:
- Implementation of HRD, HRM and Recruitment Policies.
- Manpower Planning as per Organization structure & ensuring optimal use of existing manpower at all time.
- Implementation of Decisions on Transfers, Increments and Promotions of employees’ along with HOD’S
- Defining role & responsibilities, job description KRA’S of HR Team Members
- Custodian of Employees’ & other type of HR Records.
- Ensuring Compliances of ESI/PF.
- Conducting In-house Training Programmes (Complete Co-ordination).
- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Designing and implementing remuneration and other reward systems to maximize performance.
- Development and continuous enhancement of HR Manual and Induction Manual.
- Instrumental in formulating and implementation of KRA’s and goal setting along with core functional groups.
Any other jobs assigned by the management.
