Experience - 18-20 Yrs Experience

Qualification - MBA, MSW from Premier institutes (Regular Only)

Key Deliverable - Manpower planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management

- Developing Strategies for Manpower planning, Recruitment, Campus Hire ensuring cultural fit, Attrition Management and retention strategies

- Budgeting, sourcing and managing all technical associates

- Developing/ implementing new cost effective recruitment/ selection policies as per staffing requirements

- Vendor/consultants evaluation & empanel for new contract/permanent staffing.

- Co-ordination, follow-ups, handling escalations with all the stakeholders involved in the resourcing process

Candidates with proven experience in large corporate , preferably Manufacturing, with experience in entire gamut of HR

Knowledge of Tamil Preferred

Exposure to SAP
