Job Description:
- Take lead & support the Corporate HR team in driving various HR processes across the Organisation.
- Develop and oversee the HR Strategy and Operational initiatives for the Organisation.
- Assist the HR Heads to create the annual HR plan and long term strategy based on the business objectives.
- Conceptualize and drive various HR Initiatives, programs & projects viz. building a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Represent Organisation in key public forums, HR awards etc. where applicable.
- To develop and formulate HR strategies and policy changes for the Organisation.
- Develop and execute initiatives to standardize the HR processes.
- Take lead in developing and implementing HR Best Practices at.
- Drive and improve the effectiveness of Performance Management/Competency development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Employee developmental across the Organisations.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
- Preferably BE with MBA/MSW in HR and having 14-20 yrs of hands on in HR from a reputed Organisation.
- Need a good HR Strategist with hands on in Competency Development, OD, PMS Initiatives, C&B, Employee Engagement and Development etc.
- Should have good communication skills in English and Tamil. And good in interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed personal and professional ethics.
