- Hiring for a US Based Health Tech Company headquartered in US for India Office based in Gurugram.

- Opportunity for an experienced HR AGM to join our Leadership Team in India. You will serve as a strategic business partner in designing and executing programs and serve as the primary point of contact for people leaders. This position will report directly to the VP Human Resources (based in the US), and also have responsibility for working closely with the VP, India Operations as a trusted advisor in delivering key initiatives in support of our growth strategy.

- Design and implement innovative programs that support a "best place to work environment" and maximize employee engagement.

- Partner with business leaders to define and deliver the resource plans for growth and a best-in-class environment.

- Partner with US counterparts in delivering and executing total rewards, performance management development, and annual review initiatives.

- Serve as a key business partner and subject matter expert through business knowledge, HR expertise, relationship management and proactive interventions.

- Provide guidance and coaching on career pathing, performance management and capability-building, in line with people strategy; collaborate with business leaders to develop robust talent management plans to attract, retain, develop and engage talent in critical roles and ensure strong succession plans.

- Demonstrate a proactive, approachable and highly visible point person, supported by US HR functional areas (Total Rewards, HRBP, HR Operations).

- Partner with US and local senior leadership to execute initiatives, create a culture of positivity, innovation and service-orientation for colleagues.

- Work closely with US partners in developing total rewards program(s); manage broker relationships in the administration, benchmarking, and design of benefits programs and policies; drive effective communication of benefit strategies and programs.

- Coach, mentor, motivate team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

- Oversee talent acquisition function to ensure resource planning is executed efficiently with top talent and within required timeframes; ensure all new colleagues are successfully onboarded, are clear on their purpose and feel supported and integrated into the organization.

- Work closely with US HR and local leaders in developing career paths development to facilitate development opportunities and compelling growth opportunities for colleagues.

- Provide analysis, interpretation and communication of employee engagement survey outcomes and work closely with leaders in the creation of related action plans.

- Serve as a catalyst for change; guides and influences organizational design, development and change management solutions. Leads the implementation of organizational changes from a people perspective, collaborating closely with US HR Team and communication resources.

- Utilize analytics and trend analysis to help shape HR strategies and processes to support business objectives.

- Ensure all colleague data is maintained in HRIS system; continuously audit data; provide reporting as needed.

- Create and implement HR policies and procedures in partnership with US HR Team; ensure all colleagues have a clear understanding of these policies and can easily access for reference.

Requirements for this position :

- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field

- Solid hands-on experience (15+ years) (talent management, performance management, business partnering, policy development, compliance, and total rewards)

- 5+ years of experience as a people leader (direct, dotted, project management).

- Ability to analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions.

- Experience in working on complex and cross-functional initiatives, processes, or projects.

- Proven track record of coaching and business partnering with leaders on all levels of the organization

- Experience in a changing environment with a solid track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives.

- Project Management and Change Management skills.

- Strong business acumen.

- Fluent in English

- Microsoft Office - in particular, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Strong experience working with HRIS systems and data management and compliance

- Natural and empathetic "relationship-builder" who understands and speaks well with people at all levels in the organization and different nationalities and is able to deal with tough issues.

- Organized and persistent: Able to prioritize, organize and execute.

- Strong ability to involve stakeholder and influence others.

- Operational mindset but, at the same time, able to be tactical and strategic.

- Flexible; willing to "go the extra mile" while being an agile and fast learner.
