We are hiring for AGM-HR

Job Location: Vijaywada

- The AGM HR will be responsible for end to end HR and will also play a consultative role to the business head COO on people matters especially Leadership Development.

- He/she will also interact very closely with the other functional heads.

- The key challenge will be to bring HR to the expected level and integrate with the group.

- The successful candidate will have a full complement of leadership competencies as well as a proven ability in the following areas:

- Business Partnership and Leadership

- Organization development with a focus on culture building

- Change management interventions on structure, policies and processes

- Manpower planning & Recruitment

- Driving Employee Engagement via planned interventions

- Taking up the capability table of the organization in terms of relevant learning needs ; addressing current as well as future need gaps

- Instituting an HR excellence model in the area of HR operations
