AGM - HR & Admin

Location - Lucknow

Key Responsibilities :

The Human Resource Head will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and activities, for the Human Resource (HR) & Admin department, ensuring legal compliance, managing budget, industrial relations and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy across all business units for all employees and workers. The Head HR should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy and develop policies for a variety of HR & Admin matters such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations for all employees and workers

2. Plan, lead, coordinate and implement policies, processes, and strategic initiatives for HR & Admin across all business units and corporate functions

3. Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices to attract and retain talent for entire organization

4. Lead effective performance management process, oversee personnel development plan implementation, administer training plan preparation and execution for all business units and corporate functions

5. Manage relationships with employees & worker unions ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives

6. Handle grievances, resolve complex or critical conflicts and analyze employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revise people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes

7. Ensure all regulatory compliances related to human resource and admin function, anticipate, and resolve litigation risks

8. Prepare & monitor departmental budget, analyze key KPIs for function and the organization

Experience:

- Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant experience

- Budget management experience

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems

Technical / Functional Expertise & other competencies:

- Thorough knowledge of human resource and admin function processes

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliances

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills

- Strong conflict management and negotiations skills

- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees

- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards

- Coaching and mentoring the reporting team; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs

- Assessing performance and provide feedback to direct reports

- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
