Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job

Responsible for managing all HR activities especially covering overall employee experience, talent management and performance management aligned to business strategy for the Retail Mall

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Management & Learning Culture : Builds a strong learning culture by implementing a timely training needs identification, training calendar and training delivery for all employees with focus on mid and senior levels. High focus on key talent identification ensuring robust assessment, retention, development and long term career plans are in place for critical talent in alignment with respective Centre Director & Director - Malls South and Corporate HR team. Designs and implements measures to assess and ensure effectiveness of different talent initiatives .

- Performance and Compensation Management : Driving Performance and Compensation reviews in line with market trends, market demand of skills and competencies and organization comp philosophy for the business . Is part of goal setting activity and bi-annual performance review conversations for mid and senior levels . Creates the master data for annual increments & annual performance bonus cycle, ensuring conversations with all business leaders during this process and timely sharing of data with corporate team. Further sharing industry benchmarking compensation data with Corporate team as input for annual policy discussions.

- Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition: Leads in annual manpower planning exercise with respective Centre Directors / Director Malls to finalize headcount for the year. Drives Talent Acquisition across all levels with special focus on Leadership Hiring (with support from HO as appropriate) with focus on maximizing ROI on recruitment efficiencies (cost-to-hire, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, channel mix, and diversity, cost etc).

- Partner with business on strategic HR interventions in alignment with business needs like organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment etc

- Employee Engagement and Experience :

o Delivers the engagement strategy for the region in consensus with Centre Directors/ HO TM team covering all fronts - R&R, Fun@ Work, NJEP, HR Meets, Townhalls, Surveys, Outbounds, etc. Measures the effectiveness of these initiatives and ensuring course correction / focus areas as per what works for their region.

o Responsible for ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employee life cycle - related to hiring, onboarding, documentation, orientation towards company policies, OJT, confirmation, reviews, separation, etc. are completed as per defined process and within TAT. Constant process trainings with site HR team & ensuring monthly BHR reviews to check compliances for all these areas for respective sites.

o Acts a coach to business leaders to build leadership capabilities and / or resolve employee issues as appropriate

- Statutory Compliance : Responsible for all HR activities, including adherence to all statutory compliances, implementation of all policies/ procedures as per guidelines, managing employee relations and internal/ external stakeholder management for the Centre

- SPOC for Strategic HR initiatives: Responsible for execution of all new initiatives led from HO as part of the HR strategy to make the organization future ready

Minimum Qualification

(i.e. education, training etc.) Any Graduate with PG/MBA in Human Resources

Minimum Experience

10 - 12 yrs. Should have experience of all gamut of HR like Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, etc.
