Job Description:
Experience : Min. 12 Years
- Establish & regularize employee key goal setting process.
- Responsible for entire appraisal cycle including goal setting, mid-year review, annual review, promotion, and progression.
- Overhauling Performance Management with continuous feedback approach
- Drive Performance Management Process
- Pre & post assessment survey to drive impact and reinforce high performance level
- Tracking and analyzing performance management data to ensure timely completion
- Create user manuals materials for the process and conduct training of HR & stakeholders on the different process phases
- Maintain performance management data for critical position
- Making reports for management review
