Working on a AGM- HR role for a Chain of Clinics/ Hospital to be based in Bangalore.
Job Objective:
- To provide support to the Director - HR in policy making, and formulating HR strategy for the organization.
- To support the Regional Directors, Center Directors and oversee respective HR managers at centers in a timely manner to ensure high quality HR delivery in the organization
- To serve as the escalation point for regional level HR issues.
Strategic:
- Create a road map for carrying out the region specific employee engagement initiatives and people processes across all centers in the respective region.
Operational:
- Assist the Director - HR in developing and improving HR systems, policies and people processes in areas such as manpower deployment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, industrial relations to achieve high performance
- Lead one of major areas of HR allocated and act as single point of contact for Director-HR for all initiatives in that particular area thus building and managing a center of excellence for the allocated HR area (Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Compensation & Rewards including HR administration and Organizational Change & Development etc.)
- Support the process of creating the annual manpower plan for the organization with inputs on regional manpower requirement and implement the manpower plan in the respective regions
- Oversee the implementation of the manpower plan across all the centers, monitor for deviations in number/budget etc and resolve the issue.
- Oversee the that the goal setting, performance review and appraisal processes are done in a timely and fair manner in all centers across the region.
- Continuously monitor the HR policies & guidelines across all the centers in the region and ensure that there is compliance with all the state/national labor laws.
- Drive the recruitment and selection activities across all centers in the region and carryout the recruitment and selection activities for senior/critical positions at regional level.
- Ensure a stable IR environment across all centers in the region by continuous monitoring and resolving usurps quickly in a timely manner.
- Assess the training needs of organization across the region through performance appraisal processes and other talent management processes. Draw patterns from the analysis and support the Director - HR in designing the training programs and preparing the training calendar.
- Drive and oversee employee grievance redressal system for the respective regions
- MBA in Human resources/ PGDHRM from a premier institute.
