Designation: Assistant General Manager (HR)

Reporting to: VP - HR

Job Description

1) Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organisational development

2) Development of HR Policies and its documentation

3) Manpower planning which includes evolving new organisation structure and identification of vacancies

4) Recruitment and staffing logistics

5) Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting particularly with respect to ESI / PF authorities, Government Labour Officer, etc.

6) Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

HR Generalist originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee- oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce

HR Generalist ensures coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the General Manager (HR) and assists and advises Company managers about Human Resources issues

Job Specification

Education: MBA / PGD in Personnel Management /HR / IR from reputed institute

Experience: Minimum 12 years experience in reputed organisations

Preferred companies: Reputed organisations Preferably Utility, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing
