The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Management: - Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards. - Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Employee Relations: - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution. - Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication, fairness, and respect among employees. Recruitment and Onboarding: - Lead recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Performance Management: - Implement performance management systems to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and evaluate employee performance fairly. - Collaborate with managers to develop employee training and development plans to enhance skills and career growth. Compliance and Risk Management: - Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. - Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum [15+] years of experience in HR operations or related field, with [5-8] years in a managerial or leadership role. - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
