AGM/Head - Treasury - FMCG Manufacturing Firm

Accountabilities :

- Corporate Treasury including preparation of forecasts and MIS

- Forex Management and FEMA compliance

- Investment management

- Bank finance arrangement including fund and non fund based

- Experience of having worked in SAP environment would be added advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

- Responsibilities would be to manage the following treasury functions of the Company and subsidiary of the Company

- Managing borrowings through CP or NCD or bank finance at competitive rates.

- Monitoring the funds position for all entities and ensuring proper liquidity and improve the risk profile

- Preparation of forecast and MIS with variance analysis

- Hedging the forex exposure and related accounting of MTM and FEMA compliance

- Forex Trading

- Implementing the investment strategy for the surplus funds of the company and ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework and mandate given to treasury department

- Monitoring and managing bank relationships and corporate rating

- Supporting and ensuring compliance requirements such as EDPMS IDPMS and bring Automation in treasury process

- Support smooth and timely month close.
