AGM-Taxation Head

Job Role :

- The role should be able to manage all Corporate taxation activities.

- The activities would include Direct and Indirect tax compliances including transfer pricing.

- Should be able to manage the team which shall be responsible for corporate taxation function.

- Ensuring Completeness, Accuracy & Timeliness of compliances.

- Responsible to ensure All direct and Indirect tax compliances.

- Responsible for IT computation, filing of IT returns and filing of TP certificates.

- Manage and review Indirect taxation. Including filing Tax Audit, IT return, Assessments, monthly GST returns, GST audit and all related activities.

- Support in managing Tax assessments/ audits/ litigations, drafting replies/ appeals, dealing with consultants/ advocates.

- Interface with the Auditors and support the finance team in finalization of tax audit, etc.

- Provide strong support to supervisor in the area of Tax planning strategizing.

- Able to comprehend the taxation changes and impact thereof in company.

- Drive Automation and implementation of changes
