Location: Mumbai Role: Ownership of the overall DTC business, including P&L, category management & media planning Responsibilities - Lead the growth team and have overall ownership of revenue, user acquisition & media deliverables - Lead the category teams and work with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product assortment and communications on virtual storefronts and marketing channels -Deliver profitable growth through planning, budgeting, and optimization - Drive innovation in ad formats and media platforms - Mentor and build capability in the growth marketing team Skills - Consumer insights, data analysis, and good creative sense - Action-oriented and enjoy a fast-moving environment - Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills Experience - 5 to 7 years of experience of direct growth ownership in an e-commerce, digital-first environment. - DTC experience will be a plus.
