KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators :
- Actively originate, analyse and develop new high growth opportunities in real estate and ancillary new businesses plan vs actual.
- End to end program management and delivery of key strategic initiatives/ transactions.
This shall include stakeholder management with :
- External stakeholders to validate, develop and execute the business case for new initiatives/ transactions
- Closely work with internal stakeholders (on a shared-ownership basis) for effective delivery of the initiative/transaction closure plan vs actual.
- Provide requisite support to corporate finance teams in various investor interactions plan vs actual.
- Knowledge repository and cross-pollination of ideas and business opportunities plan vs actual.

- VP - Strategic Initiatives, Real Estate & New Businesses
- Real Estate teams in various Group Companies

- Corporate Chairman

DIMENSIONS :
Financial Dimensions
- Support efforts to generate annual cash inflows of Rs. 700-900 Cr in next two years.
Other Dimensions :
Support Land monetization of ~35-40 acres in Delhi and 130-140 acres in Hyderabad over next 3 years.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
Educational Qualifications :
- MBA (or equivalent degree).
- Preferred candidates will be from ISB/ IIMs/Top global business schools
Relevant and total years of Experience : 4 to 7 years.
Presently should be in Strategic /M&A/ Business - Development roles in Corporate set-ups, Sr. Associate/ Associate in Consulting, Transaction Advisory or Private Equity funds focused on Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality etc
Technical Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Superior financial modelling skills
- Strategic ability to analyse and stitch together multi-functional issues
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with keen interest in the business & economic market trends in Real Estate and/or Retail/ Hospitality
