Manpower dimensioning, talent pool creation, designing and monitoring IDPs .Drive L&D function, Career and Succession Planning.
Candidate Profile:-
12+ yrs Exp in Strategic HR, Talent Management, Capability Building, Learning & Development, OD, Corporate HR & Business HR. Incumbent should have capability of marrying the L&D function with the talent management process.
