JD :

- Strong and hands on SAP Functional knowledge

- Should have managed large SAP programs in the past

- Should have excellent knowledge of SAP Architecture, Process & Integration Points and all functional modules (MM, SD, PP)

- Experience in integration of SAP applications with Non-SAP applications

- Providing guidance on the projects and its requirements over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments

- Formulating Enterprise Architecture Strategy for IT projects across the organization and Infrastructure Management for SAP Implementation

- Strong competence to collaborate with Senior Management for providing strategic inputs and IT vision, implement new technologies and best practices

- Accountable for the complete Project Management of SAP projects (Implementation, Rollout, & Upgrade)

- Strong competence to collaborate with Senior Management for providing strategic inputs and IT vision, implement new technologies and best practices

- Ensure professional development of core and end users through training and mentoring

- Interacting with the management team, and associates to facilitate smooth communication to understand and analyze the requirement

- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing business environments

- Proactive and goal-oriented leader

Competencies Required :

Experience in SAP is mandatory
