Reporting VP Legal/Land Acquisition

Please find below few pointers regarding the JD.

- Negotiate with the land owner/s and acquire the properties on behalf of the Company.

- Verification of title and corroborative documents and furnishing opinion on the clear and marketable title of a person on an immoveable property.

- MOU- s, Sale Agreements, JV Agreements, Lease Agreements, Sale Deeds, and all other types of specific contracts, etc.

- Liaison with Govt. departments, Public & Private sector organizations, prospective clients / purchasers and property owners, as well as Advocates and Real estate Consultants.

- Will be coordinating with the panel of Advocates handling Company litigations.

- Involved in obtaining sanctions and clearances for launching / development of a real estate project from statutory authorities / government departments.

- Sourcing of properties for the company, finalizing the commercial understanding with the land owners, drafting and finalizing the necessary contracts with the land owners.

- Involved in registration of properties in and around Bangalore and also registration of apartments on completion of the Projects.

- General Supervision of the legal functions which involves element of independent decision making in some of the aspects of day to day functioning, expenditure.
