- Team Management

- Revenue Management (He should have a plan of the work allocated to the team members like-No of calls made & received, No of Mails sent and received, Number of funnel (Secondary, Primary, Active, Closure),Detailed Sales Planning.

- Revenue Assurance (Team Target, Sales Strategy, Blueprint of the monthly revenue target)

- Revenue Enhancement (Getting a control over what is expected and achieved, implementing revenue enhancement techniques)

- Smart enough to handle a team of smart people.

Experience : 7+ Years of experience in Corporate Sales
