Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced with over 10 years of experience in a similar role. will play a pivotal role in leading our financial operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This executive will be responsible for driving financial strategy, managing financial functions, and overseeing compliance efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and long-term vision. Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, board of directors, and executive team.

- Financial Management: Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.

- Compliance Oversight: Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the organization. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address compliance issues.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the board, senior management, and stakeholders. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Funding and Capital Management: Manage capital structure and financing arrangements. Explore funding opportunities, including debt financing, equity investments, and grants.

- Audit and Taxation: Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Ensure the timely and accurate filing of tax returns.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and compliance teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Investor Relations: Communicate effectively with the shareholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong track record leading the financial department.

- Expertise in financial management, compliance, and risk assessment. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.

- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.

- Ability to make informed financial and compliance decisions under pressure. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
