AGM/GM - Corporate Finance - FMCG/Online

Role Description

He/She will be a senior leader, reporting to the CFO responsible for IPO/M&A and fundraising activities and Investor relations. This is an opportunity to be a part of the team which is building out great business in the online/offline furniture business.

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Finance head, your responsibilities would be as follows:

- Lead and manage the IPO activities end to end as a project manager.

- Play an important role in identifying the Lead Bankers, Law firms, and other intermediaries who will work on the IPO/M&A process

- Responsible for end to end project management M&A and fundraising activities of the Company

- Identify, evaluate and provide financial and business recommendations for any potential M&A opportunities.

- Lead financial, commercial, legal due diligence liaising with internal and external stakeholders

- Setup and run investor relationship cell in the Company

- Handle investor queries, data requests on a timely basis.

What we are looking for

- MBA/Chartered Accountant with 5-6 Years post qualification experience preferably in Investment Banking / Transaction advisory services.

- Strong bias for action, customer-centricity, and deep-dive traits

- Spotless ethics & disciplinary record

- Ability to decipher complex business models and financial statements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
