Job Title: AGM/GM - Controllership

What would you be doing :

Your primary job responsibility will be :

- Own, manage and scale accounts operations including a large accounts team

- Periodical closing of books of accounts including Annual Financial Statements with accuracy

- Responsible for all the compliance requirements including TDS, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, FEMA etc.

- Lead all internal, statutory and special audits

- Working on Ind AS/ IFRS reporting requirements

- Management of Internal Control Systems commensurate with the growing business requirements

- Drive accounting process improvements with best industry practices

- Monthly, quarterly and annual accounts closure

- Lead AP, AR and business partnerships including new contracts

- Handle banking relationships

- Training other team members on new developments in the accounts and finance function

- Being SPOC from finance team for all controllership activities

What are we looking for?

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ ICWAI

- Experience: 10-15 years of overall experience and at least 5 years of experience in controllership/accounts

- Attitude to go get things done, attention to details, have high integrity, focus on business improvement & innovations, and a great team player
