AGM/GM - Client Servicing - Media

We are currently looking for an incumbent who would be heading Client Servicing function for Domestic and Asia Pacific region for one of the leading Talent Management Company. People from Ad Agency background are desireable.

Department: Client Servicing

Role: Head – Client Servicing (Domestic & Asia Pacific Regions)

Designation: Assistant General Manager / General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build excellent working relationships with our preferred partners - central purchasing in India, individual brand managers and purchasing out of Singapore

2. Contract negotiation for deals with brands

3. Display rigorous financial discipline - invoicing, payments, revenue forecast etc.

4. Ensure that the client requirements are met to perfection

5. Email etiquette

6. Delegate efficiently and effectively

7. Accurate information dissemination to team

8. Strategy presentations for existing clients

9. Strategy presentations for pitches

10. Work cohesively with other business heads in the company

11. Understanding of entertainment and sport

12. Follow set processes, and construct new process as and when need arises

13. Create a servicing manual for new employees

14. Evaluate the performance of the team

15. Understand and abide with the vision and culture of the company

Reporting Head - CEO

Key Requirements:-

- Min 8 years of relevant experience. Incumbent from an agency background is desirable.

- Team Handling proficiency

- Analytical and Solution Oriented.
