AGM/GM - Business Development - EPC Africa
Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Identifies & meets the key decision makers in various Government clients in Africa/ target countries and generates their interests for the company offerings in Education Infra projects under EPC+F basis (negotiated).
2. Research on the client/ country requirements and ability to buy, shares to Head Office for possible solutions, offers value propositions to clients, obtains their acceptance for direct-award with funding options.
3. Generates/ creates project/ business opportunities and RFPs through customer contact to meet company business plans and growth strategies.
4. Drive all the processes, procedures from inquiry/ RFP - coordination- through Closing the Deal.
5. Lead the development and preparation of RFP, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.
6. Overall responsibility to grow the company's reputation and targeted volume of business in the country
Personal Attributes / Position Skills / Experience:
1. Any degree: Civil engineers with MBA from reputed institutes are preferred.
2. Excellent communication, analytical people skills are essential
3. Highly networked in the ministries of the region of posting.
4. Knowledge of negotiated contracts awarded directly/ single sourcing contracts -highly preferred.
