Looking for AGM / GM for Business Development for GMR (SEZ & Ports)   Job Location: Hyderabad, but need to travel to Kakinada   - Assist in identifying industries and their infrastructure needs, to help them set up their units in Kakinada SEZ  - Conceptualization and planning for the various industries parks to be setup in the SEZ  - Detailing the infrastructural needs for the parks and working with the Infra Planning team to ensure availability of the same  - Working closely with the various departments, including CR for obtaining the necessary approvals before commencement of operations  - Identifying the market and then work closely with the various companies which express interest for setting up their units in the SEZ.  - Working closely with the Finance team for raising the necessary funding for the project  Education: Post Graduate with exposure in Business Management/ Marketing Management from a reputed business school/ University  Experience:  - 11-16 years of experience in handling B2B Customers  - 5+ years of working on creating industrial parks   Shobha
