We are urgently looking for AGM/GM/AVP Sales-HNI with a leading Business Group having Luxury property projects in India and overseas.
The position will be based in Mumbai.
Graduate/ MBA with 8-12 years experience in relationship management for HNI / HNA ( high net worth accounts) in wealth investments with leading banks/ real estate companies.
Minimum experience of 5 years in relevant field.
Job Profile :
- Understanding the right market segment for potential buyers.
- Creating and maintain relationships to build network of high end customers who are ready to invest.
- Building and providing intelligence information on investors and buyers from the wealth and asset details
- Working hand in glove with sales team to tap the potential customers by introducing our sales team to the these customers.
- Championing the task of identifying the right customer who would be interested in investing in real estates.
- To work closely with projects team to keep a tap on current progress of projects
- Building the trust relationship with the clients.
- Salary no constrain for the right candidate.
